2.Scope of Services

We provide:

Residential & commercial construction services

Interior design and renovation work

Solar consultation and installation (Dream Home Solar Solutions)

Post-construction warranty and maintenance support

All services will be executed as per the signed agreement, drawings, and timeline mutually agreed upon.

3.Booking & Payments

A booking advance is required to initiate any project.

Payment milestones will be clearly communicated in the agreement.

Delays in payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.

4.Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Dream Home Developer™™ reserves the right to deduct incurred costs if the project is canceled after work has begun.

5.Timelines & Delays

Project timelines will be estimated at the time of agreement.

Delays due to weather, material shortages, labor issues, government restrictions, or client-side changes are not the responsibility of Dream Home Developer™™.

Reasonable delays will be communicated in advance.

6.Warranty & Support

Construction works carry a 1-year workmanship warranty, unless otherwise mentioned in the agreement.

Solar installations include warranty as per product manufacturers.

Regular maintenance beyond warranty is available at additional cost.

7.Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate site information and timely access to the property.

Obtain any required approvals or permissions (unless otherwise agreed).

Make timely payments to avoid service interruptions.

8.Intellectual Property

All project designs, drawings, concepts, and branding materials remain the property of Dream Home Developer™™ unless transferred in writing.

9.Limitation of Liability

Dream Home Developer™™ is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Delays caused by third-party vendors or suppliers

Damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications after handover

10.Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

Failing which, the matter will be subject to jurisdiction of competent civil court , within the region of business operations.

11.Modifications to Terms

Dream Home Developer™™ may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
