When ordering, registering or using our Services, as appropriate you will directly provide or submit information to us. Registration and payment information includes, for example:

  • All content that you create, share or upload on our Server during the course of registration and payment activities

1.2 Your Content

As described in our “Terms of Service”, Your Content such as 360-degree photos, designs, models, data sets, images and documents will be submitted or uploaded to our cloud server in the course of engaging with our Services. Photos or any similar materials may include incidental personal information. We do not use this personal information for any purpose other than providing our Services that you signed up for. However, this information may be publicly displayed if you choose to publish the Results which may be created from our Services. If you do not want to publicly display personal information within these photos, you should not publish the Results containing these photos. You may also choose to disable or hide any photos containing personal information before you publish the Results to keep them from being publicly displayed.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about you through the Services, such as:
  • Your internet protocol (IP) address, URL and location
  • The date and time associated with transactions
  • Metadata concerning photos you have uploaded
  • Other interactions with the Services regarding your activities, (such as the links you click and pages you view), within the Services and other standard server-log information
