At Dream Home Developer™™, we are committed to transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction throughout every stage of your homebuilding or renovation journey. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed.

1.Booking & Advance Payment

Upon confirmation of a project, a booking/advance amount is collected to initiate planning, design, and procurement processes.

This amount is non-refundable once work has commenced (such as material procurement, manpower allocation, or site mobilization).

2.Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel the project:

Within 7 days of booking and before work begins: A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing charges (up to 2%).

After 7 days or after commencement of work: The refund, if any, will be evaluated based on actual costs incurred and at the sole discretion of management.

3.Delay or Non-performance by Dream Home Developer™

In the rare event of a project delay beyond the agreed timeline (due to reasons within our control), clients are entitled to:

A full or partial refund based on the stage of work.

Or, project rescheduling with compensation as per the agreement.

This does not apply to delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, or client-side approvals).

4.Change of Scope or Design

If the client requests changes to the original plan after project commencement:

Revised costs and timeline will be mutually agreed upon.

If the client cancels due to scope change refusal, standard cancellation terms apply.

5.Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

The client will be notified via official communication upon refund initiation.

6.Dispute Resolution

For disputes regarding refunds, we encourage clients to first reach out to our Customer Support Team.

If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to the appropriate legal or authority as per government norms.
